Bug reports, feature requests, privacy questions or just telling us it was useful — all welcome.
This is a small project, so replies are written by a person rather than a helpdesk. Expect a few days rather than a few minutes.
Reporting a bug
Image bugs are much easier to fix with a little context. If you can, include:
- Your browser and operating system — for example "Chrome 140 on Windows 11". Behaviour differs a lot between browsers, particularly around saving files.
- The file format involved, and ideally the exact image if you are able to share it. A TIFF that will not open is usually a TIFF written by a specific tool with a specific compression setting.
- What you did, what happened, and what you expected.
- Anything in the browser console — press F12, open the Console tab, and copy any red text.
Please do not send us images you are not comfortable sharing. The app never uploads anything on its own; anything you attach to an email is something you chose to send.
Feature requests
Tell us the problem rather than the solution where you can — "I need to trim transparent padding off 200 sprites" is more useful than "add a button here", because it often turns out there is a better answer.
Privacy and legal
For anything covered by the Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use, including requests relating to personal data, use the same address and say so in the subject line.
